Vtg 8" Celluloid Doll Dapper Groom Fedora Slouch Hat Tuxedo Striped Pants 40s

Description:  Up for sale is a charming vintage celluloid groom doll, likely from the late 1930s to early 1950s. This dapper fellow was a popular dime store collectible and often used as a wedding cake topper or party favor. Stands approximately 8 inches tall including the felt hat.  Details:   Attire: Wearing a black felt morning coat with tails, grey striped trousers, a white shirt with a floral boutonniere, and a matching grey felt top hat.   Features: Hand-painted facial features and black molded shoes.   Condition: In good vintage condition for its age. The celluloid is intact with no major crushing. There is a faint manufacturing seam/line on the side of the head (see photos). Minimal dust/wear to the fabric components consistent with age.
